• developing a strategy for metabolomics investigation employing statistical experimental design using Zebrafish as model organism
• Screening for biologically active compounds with metabolic profiling using GC/MS and LC/MS methods
• finding link between the morphological readouts from the Zebrafish model and the endogenous metabolite profiles from the metabolomics analyses
