Infrastructure and Resources:

Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe GmbH is an independent science and research institution in Germany with a staff of about 3500 employees. In the area of technology and the environment, the Centre devotes its attention to research and development work in the interest of the public. Scientists involved in BOLD include: 5a Dr Liebel whose expertise is in the development of High content Screening platforms, image analysis and bioinformatic data integration, 5b Professor Strähle (5%, Institute director), his expertise is in molecular genetics and environmental toxicology of vertebrate nervous system development, 5c Professor Nick Foulkes (5%, expertise in molecular biology and genetics of the circadian clock in zf) and 5d Dr Reischl (20%, expertise in large scale High Content Screening Data analysis).

Training:
